My client for this project was looking for some extra space for an elderly parent coming to live with them. We decided a suite with a small kitchenette and a full bath would work perfectly and we also decided to add an adjoining sunroom for a total of 600 square feet of additional living space. My client also decided to remodel their kitchen. I sent them to one of the best showrooms in the area, and they selected new cabinets and replaced the countertop with an excellent Corian countertop. New ceramic tile runs continuously from the front foyer, thru the kitchen, and into the new sunroom for easy maintenance.
